How the offer works

Important Terms

  • Purchase of the 4-pack only gets you the codes, and everyone, INCLUDING THE PURCHASER, must redeem their codes to gain admission

  • Early-career eligibility. The free pass recipient must self-attest that they are in one of the following categories. Eligibility will be verified before the pass is approved.

    • Advanced degree candidate. Enrolled in a life sciences MS or PhD program, graduating within 12 months.

    • Recent graduate. Life sciences MS or PhD conferred within the past 2 years. Or BS in a life sciences or quantitative field plus 2 years in a data, computational, or analytical role in biotech or life sciences.

    • Current of recent posdoc. Active postdoctoral appointment or completed within the last 12 months in a relevant life sciences or computational field at time of registration.

  • Don’t know an early career person but still want to help? You can let us know and we’ll donate the pass (and ensure it gets claimed) to Boston Women In Bioinformatics, Bit in Bio, or another community of your choice.
